This Management Assessment (MA) is an in-depth assessment of an individual's personality and attributes with a view toward identifying the business environment in which they are most likely to be successful. The MA is designed to provide employers and others with an interest, including the individual taking the MA, with a clear, objective perspective on an individual's strengths, motivations, propensities and limitations along with specific suggestions for optimizing success and performance, individually and as a part of a team.
